Top Drawer Shipping Information

We currently only ship within the United States. We only ship to the confirmed address in the "PayPal Notification of Payment Received" email sent to us by PayPal. (The address listed on the Transaction Details page)

We generally ship items by standard postal service. Top Drawer uses a flat rate of $ 7.00 for shipping. If your items exceed 5 lbs. additional shipping charges will apply. Top Drawer will notify you of the extra shipping charge before expediting your order.

We do our utmost to ship within 24 hours of receiving your order. Occasionally, we are unable to ship within 24 hours. If you need your order shipped immediately, it is best to contact us.

Shipping Schedule
Orders received Monday - Thursday ship within 24 hours*
Orders received Friday ship following Monday

Orders received Saturday and Sunday ship following Tuesday.
We will email you as soon as possible with your shipping date. We normally email you within 24 hours of receiving your order. If we cannot make your order within the PayPal Seller's Rules we will refund you money and email you with instructions as to when you should re-submit your order to PayPal.

Back Orders Shipping Policy
We will email you as soon as possible with your shipping date. We normally email you within 24 hours of receiving your order. If we cannot fill your order within 48 hours we will refund you money. We will then email you asking you if you would like to be on back order status.

Expedited Order Processing and Shipping
If you need your purchase in a hurry, we will be happy to expedite your order. Please tell us how you would like to have your order shipped under "special instructions" on the Shopping Cart Order Form and we'll quote you. We will not ship or process your order until you have approved the Expedited Shipping Charge.
